I received my e-bike less than a week ago, but I have already put nearly 150km on it and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped very quickly, it was easy to assemble, and the customer service has been great (I wrote an e-mail with a question about an electronic setting and received a response, with a video demonstration, within hours).
The frame seems robust, the torque sensor allows me to feel like I'm actually using my physical force to move the bike forward, while still benefiting from the electric assistance.
If I were to change anything, it would be preferable to have a suspension on the back wheel and not just the front, and the seat could be more comfortable.
Overall, I strongly recommend this bike. Great value for the price point.

Good quality, rides wonderfully. Powerful engine, good range. If there are any problems, the manufacturer responds immediately and solves the issue.

Die Unterstützung ist wegen dem Drehmomentsensor sehr ausgewogen und präzise. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Aufgrund der 3 Zoll Reifen, vermisse ich keinen Heckdämpfer.
Ich fahre mit 1,2 bar Reifendruck. Das funktioniert wunderbar. Auch Feldwege und Schotterpisten sind kein Problem.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Bike!
