Shipping to Switzerland is currently carried out via the provider meineinkauf.ch, which, in addition to the delivery, also takes care of customs clearance and taxation for you.

To do this, you must register for free at meineinkauf.ch before ordering in our shop. After registering, meineinkauf.ch will give you an email address and the corresponding delivery address, with which you can then order directly from HANEVEAR at the shipping prices applicable for Germany. 

HANEVEAR delivers to the shipping address of meineinkauf.ch for free, further delivery to your delivery address in Switzerland including correct customs clearance is carried out via meineinkauf.ch for an additional fee (*):

Shipments with more than 3 items, from the 4th item onwards, per item*) CHF 4.90
Shipments over 10kg up to 20kg CHF 9.90
Shipments over 20kg up to 30kg CHF 19.90
Shipments over 30kg up to 35kg CHF 29.90
Bulky goods from 100x60x60 cm, up to max. 400cm girth, max. 2.20m length **)
(plus any weight surcharges)		 CHF 29.90
Shipments >35kg or exceeding the above bulky goods dimensions upon request ***)
Shipments without German VAT (e.g., private sales or EU countries ) ****)
as well as for orders with a stated total order value of EUR 0.00
(special regulation regarding subsequent deliveries)		 20% of the merchandise value
Advance disposal fee for batteries >5kg according to the inobat.ch fee schedule


*) Multiple pieces of the same item are not subject to a surcharge.

**) Shipments with one dimension over 100cm or two dimensions over 60cm up to a length of 220cm and a combined circumference and length (2 x height + 2 x width + longest side) of a maximum of 400cm are considered bulky goods.

***) Shipments over 35kg, >2.20m in length, or >400cm in girth (e.g. , larger furniture and often bicycles – exception: Canyon BikeGuard boxes , which can be sent as "Maxi shipments" ) can only be forwarded to you via freight carrier, incurring the associated additional costs. Please submit an inquiry using our freight forwarding form if you are planning such an order. Returns of unannounced freight shipments are only possible with additional processing fees according to our price list.

 

When ordering via meineinkauf.ch, the goods must always and ONLY be paid directly to HANEVEAR using one of the following payment methods:
